Kinfolk Keepsake offers puzzles, keepsakes, artwork-based products, and other merchandise celebrating Black American culture, history, family, community, traditions, and everyday life.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, artwork, dimensions, and photographs as accurately as possible.

However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on:

• Printing processes

• Materials

• Manufacturing variations

• Lighting used in product photography

Minor variations that do not affect the intended function of the product are not considered defects.

Product packaging, components, materials, or manufacturing details may occasionally change without notice provided that the overall nature and quality of the product remain substantially similar.

3. Made-to-Order Products

Many Kinfolk Keepsake products are produced after an order is placed.

Because these products are made specifically for each order, cancellation, return, and exchange options may be limited once production begins.

Please review all product details and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

Our separate Return, Exchange & Refund Policy applies to all purchases and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not automatically constitute acceptance of the order by Kinfolk Keepsake.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Pricing or product listing errors

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

• Inventory or production problems

• Orders placed in violation of these Terms

• Unusually large quantities that appear intended for unauthorized resale

• Shipping restrictions

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content available through Kinfolk Keepsake, including but not limited to:

• Original artwork

• Puzzle designs

• Graphics

• Written descriptions

• Website copy

• Collection names

• Design elements

• Marketing materials

is owned by, licensed to, or otherwise lawfully used by Kinfolk Keepsake and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a Kinfolk Keepsake product provides ownership of the physical product purchased. It does not transfer ownership of the artwork, design, image, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property associated with the product.

Without prior written permission from Kinfolk Keepsake, you may not:

• Copy or reproduce our artwork

• Scan or digitally reproduce puzzle artwork

• Download website images for commercial purposes

• Sell reproductions of our artwork

• Create merchandise using our images or designs

• Alter our artwork and represent it as your own

• Use our photography or product imagery to sell competing products

• Use Kinfolk Keepsake branding in a manner that suggests affiliation or endorsement

• Manufacture products using our designs

• Use our content for commercial artificial intelligence training datasets or commercial image-generation datasets

Personal photographs of purchased products for personal, noncommercial use and social sharing are permitted and welcomed.

9. Resale and Commercial Use

Kinfolk Keepsake products are intended primarily for personal use unless a wholesale, retail, licensing, or other commercial arrangement has been expressly approved by us.

Purchasing a product does not grant authorization to reproduce its artwork or manufacture derivative products.

Businesses interested in wholesale, licensing, partnerships, or commercial use should contact Kinfolk Keepsake for written authorization.

If you submit photographs, reviews, testimonials, comments, messages, or other content to Kinfolk Keepsake, you represent that you have the right to submit that material.

You remain the owner of your original content.
