Set beneath ornate wrought-iron balconies and glowing Louisiana skies, the scene follows a vibrant second line as beautifully dressed men and women dance their way through the French Quarter. Flowing ruffles, feathered parasols, polished brass instruments, and rain-kissed pavement create a scene filled with movement, color, music, and unmistakable New Orleans spirit.
