Purple & Gold on the Yard captures an elegant Southern gathering filled with brotherhood, conversation, tradition, and unmistakable style. Against the backdrop of a stately home at golden hour, generations of Black men mingle across the lawn and porch dressed in rich shades of purple, gold, cream, and khaki.
Some catch up beneath the trees. Others gather on the porch, raise a glass, or lean into conversations that feel like they’ve been continuing for years. A polished vintage car waits at the curb while the warm evening light settles over the house, gardens, and guests.
Created as part of The Yard, this Kinfolk Keepsake Story World celebrates the traditions, friendships, homecomings, and shared experiences surrounding Black collegiate life.
